Growing up, I always dreamed of following in the footsteps of my relatives who went abroad in search of better opportunities. Never did I imagine that one day, I would arrive in Canada in 2007, working at a meat processing

plant.As

a contract worker, the job was physically demanding and challenging, especially since my background was in electronics back home. The toughest part, however, was being away from my children. But I knew the sacrifices I made were for their

future. In

2011, I was introduced to Greatway. After becoming a permanent resident in Canada, I began studying and working part-time in the business. The opportunity allowed me to save and provide a stable home for my growing teenagers. Being a single parent was no easy feat, but my children were always there to support me on this journey.Being part of the company has been an incredibly transformative experience. It’s been a journey of personal growth, continuous learning, and the opportunity to share knowledge with every client I work with. One of the most emotional moments has been helping those who are grieving, yet knowing I could offer them a little hope by delivering a cheque that would help them start a new chapter in life. Delivering a cheque to someone battling cancer was particularly heartbreaking, but knowing that I could bring some relief and reduce their stress while they fought their illness made the experience truly meaningful.
